4. Can i cancel my order?

Absolutely! To cancel your order, simply shoot us an email at service@onlyonea.com along with your order number and your cancellation request. We'll take care of it for you!

5. Can items be exchanged?

Sure thing! Exchanges are usually fine – Contact us at service@onlyonea.com.

6. The item I received is damaged or defective!

7. What items are non-refundable?

Order Tracking

1. My package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it

Yep, delivery services can be a bit hasty. Wait a couple more days. If it's still playing hide and seek, drop us a line at service@onlyonea.com. We'll dive into the nitty-gritty, file claims with the delivery service, and make sure you're taken care of!

2. Haven’t received my order yet

Order MIA? That's wild! Shoot us a message at service@onlyonea.com, and we'll sort it out. We'll dig into what went wrong and might need to file a claim with the delivery service. We've got your back!

 

 

Shipping Questions

1.How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping costs $6.99 USD. 
If you need it fast, it costs $19.99USD. Leave note in your order, we will send you the price difference invoice to your mail box, please note to check.  Postage payment link.

2.How long does it take to ship my order?

Once we receive your order it usually takes 3-7days to get it ready to ship out.
Standard shipping express takes around 15-20days.

1.What are my payment options?

We want to make buying your favoriteONLYONEAgear online fast and easy, and accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, ONLYONEA Gift Cards. All payment is collected via Shopline Payments.

2.Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied at a time. For example, if there is a Black Friday sale going on, no other discount codes can be applied on top of the existing sale promotion.

1.I'm not sure which size should i buy.

ONLYONEA have many different clothes brands, so you must be careful with different size choosing.  compare with product size chart. For more information, check out our sizing guide.

2.Can you help me double-check the size?

Yes, absolutely! Leave your measurements in the note, we will double-check the sizes you ordered, if there's any mistake we will contact your email, don't miss it!
